Blind and Low Vision Residents of Indiana are Now Eligible to Enroll in Clusiv’s eLearning Platform.

Clusiv is proud to announce that we are officially able to support blind students and job-seekers who are residents of the great state of Indiana.  Our CEO and Co-Founder Lukas Simianer traveled to Indiana this week with the goal of giving blind job-seekers in Indiana the chance to gain remote jobs with competitive salaries after training on Clusiv’s e-Learning platform.

The CDC and the National Federation of the Blind report that the state of Indiana has close to 160,000 blind residents. Current data also shows that the unemployment rate for people who are blind or low vision is around 70 percent. “Being that we are a new startup, we wanted to get into the state of Indiana as quickly as possible so that we could lower that unemployment average”, said Clusiv’s CEO when looking over those numbers.

The CEO and Co-Founder of Clusiv is standing at a podium in-between a USA flag and flag of Indiana in the front of a room full of people that he is speaking to about and how it’s e-Learning platform built by the blind and for the blind can help blind job seekers gain remote careers with competitive salaries.

To date, Clusiv’s graduates have almost doubled their salaries with an average increase of 1.8X, and we are focused on bringing the blind job-seeking residents of Indiana the same results. Our e-Learning platform, built by the blind and for the blind is helping blind job-seekers across the United States break through accessibility barriers. Our graduates become proficient in software programs focusing on key areas in computer science, business applications, college and career building.

By completing these courses on the Clusiv e-Learning platform, our graduates have the skills necessary to gain remote work with competitive salaries. These remote positions give blind job seekers an opportunity to work from home or to work while traveling, while earning wages that are the industry standard. Now blind residents in the great state of Indiana have the opportunity to learn at their own pace, in their own home, and then find a meaningful career with the pay that they truly deserve.
